I'd be interested to hear how many people show up to this. The only people I can think of who are off all day in Richmond are suburban housewives who are terrified of downtown.

That's a pessimistic view. Think lunch hour combined with the density of downtown. Also, the 'everyone works M-F 9-5' paradigm evaporated some time ago.
